This 12-year, 8-month Indiana rye was an immediate standout when we tasted over 16 barrels during a visit with our friends over at River Roots. This particular rye leans toward the sweeter side of 95/5 ryes with the perfect hint of herbal spearmint. Reminiscent of a high-proof, Manhattan-adjacent cocktail, you'll find notes of Luxardo cherry and maple syrup on the mid-palate, followed by a cracked black pepper and lemon zest finish.
